P.S. We are continuing to offer Virtual Physiotherapy Consults for clients who prefer to stay at home. For this option, click on the Virtual Physiotherapy button on the home page of our website.

Client Responsibilities:

  • Sign the Covid-19 Screening and Consent Form on your treatment day
  • Use the washroom prior to leaving your house
  • No cash payments excepted, cards only
  • Bring a facemask (available at the clinic by donation to the local foodbank)
  • Wait in your car in the parking lot until you receive a text/call or get waved in from our front desk staff to enter the clinic
  • Do not bring children or other family members to your appointment, unless absolutely necessary. Let us know if this is the case.  

In-House Responsibilities:

  • Have proper protective equipment (PPE), follow hand hygiene guidelines and constantly disinfect all contact surfaces
  • Have private treatments room with hand washing stations and ventilation ceiling fans
  • Take forehead temperature measurements before anyone enters the clinic
  • Reduce booking capacity by 50% to limit the total amount of people in the clinic
  • Book follow up appointments in the treatment room to avoid crowding at the front desk
  • Remove late cancellation fees if a client needs to cancel due to illness

All practitioners will be following the guidelines set out by our Public Health Authority, WorkSafe BC and their Colleges.
